Friday mix

Have been slightly neglecting the blog, had some health issues but am on track now except the doctor wants me to stop smoking, drinking coffee, stressing and drinking. My doctor just takes all the fun out of the world… At least he didn’t say anything bad about sex so that’s at least one good thing I’m allowed to continue
