By the way… Coffee…

I’m a massive coffee drinker. Have been drinking coffee since I was 14 and yes, had a few headaches but that went away with water for me. Nowadays I only know myself to be drinking the amount I do.
My coffee schedule:
7am: coffee when I wake up
8am: Starbucks at the train station
9.30: coffee at work
Around 12: coffee with my lunch
13.00: coffee while on the way to my desk
15.00/16.00: last cuppa at work
19.00: coffee at home
22.00: last cuppa
And this is moderate schedule for me, happens that I exceed 10 a day. But no problem sleeping, actually if I don’t have that last cup I can’t sleep. Weird but true.
Realised this due to this bloggers problem to liking coffee. lazy Laura Maisey. Happy Friday all..

I got this plinky thing coming into my email box now and then which is supposed to help you come up with ideas for blog posts. Never used it so thought I might just use them all in one go so that at least I can say that I did my best…
Do you need coffee to wake up in the morning?
Oh yes, my coffee intake is quite a lot…
one cup in the morning with a cigarette
One cup at the train station from the Starbucks peeps
One cup at work (40 minutes after the train station)
And then probably 4-5 cups during work.
One cup at home and finally one cup before I go to bed so that when I wake up, the half full cup that I didn’t finish is straight into my mouth. But I do sleep like a baby anyway after all this caffeine intake. Some people call this slightly weird, I call it survival ![]()

Good morning world.
Am enjoying my 4th cup of coffee now since 5am (aahh). Enjoying a day off since for some reason there is a bankholiday in the UK (not really sure why but I don’t mind.). But of course my plan of trying to sleep in was discarded when 5am I just woke up
and no way of getting back to sleep. So 4 cuppa later there is definitely not a chance of going to sleep ![]()

At least I got a smile when Striking thoughts posted this great video. That’s one kickass cat and I do feel a little bit sorry for the dog, just a little…

This is me in a nutshell, have 2 cups of coffee before really waking up… then usually 4 or 5 during the day and then when I get home I take one cuppa. And to cap it off, I have one before going to bed. Amazingly enough, I actually sleep better with coffee than without it before bedtime…
