With all these Classic Icons I felt I had to take a break and what better way than to look at naughty nurse… they sure don’t look like this in my nearby hospital.

Classic Icons: Veronica Lake

Veronica Lake was popular for playing hard-edged girls in deep trouble. Her trademark was her peek-a-boo hairstyle, featuring locks hanging over one eye. Her popular pinup accentuated her penetrating glance. In later years she said with pride, “I will have one of the cleanest obits of any actress. Classic Icons: Vampira

Former model Maila Nurmi played the glamour "ghoul" Vampira who weekly wandered through a hallway of mist and cobwebs to greet her weekly viewers of "B" horror movies broadcast at 11:00 PM. Vampira sported a full bust, slim waist (17-inches), tight black dress, long black hair and plenty of bug-eyed viewers.

Some of her on-air antics included talking to Rollo her pet spider; and encouraging her fans to write for epitaphs instead of autographs.

Maybe not the vintage beauties I was gonna go for this week but I just can’t help myself… muhahahaha (btw that’s my evil laugh…)

Brigitte Anne-Marie Bardot (pronounce "Bardoe") born 28 September 1934) is a French former actress, animal rights activist, fashion model, and singer.

In her early life Bardot was an aspiring ballet dancer. She started her acting career in 1952 and after appearing in 16 films became world-famous due to her role in the controversial film And God Created Woman. During her career in show business Bardot starred in 48 films, performed in numerous musical shows, and recorded 80 songs

I just remember her in fondness from these pictures and her movies… aaaahhhh.

Classic Icons: Rita Hayworth

Rita Hayworth (October 17, 1918 – May 14, 1987) was an American film actress and dancer who attained fame during the 1940s not only as one of the era’s top stars, but also as the era’s greatest sex symbol, most notably in Gilda (1946). She appeared in 61 films over 37 years and is listed as one of the American Film Institute’s Greatest Stars of All Time.

I so enjoy watching her movies especially check out her movies with Fred Astaire, dancing madness.

Grace Patricia Kelly (November 12, 1929 – September 14, 1982) was an American actress and Princess consort of Monaco. In April 1956, Kelly married Rainier III, Prince of Monaco, and became styled as Her Serene Highness The Princess of Monaco, and was commonly referred to as Princess Grace. Film wise she is probably most famous for her roles in the Hitchcock movies Rear Window and To catch a thief.

But her sexiness lies so much in how elegant she looks, pure class through and through.

Work and airline stewardess

Finally back home, after one week of mayhem. Am a travel agent and have been working my tail off trying to get people home. 14 hour shifts for this week has made me a tired tired man and all due to the lovely volcano in Iceland. It’s amazing how much we depend on air travel really, you only realise it when something like this happens.

Had 500 people stuck which we had to find alternative ways to get from point A to point B, talk about trains, automobiles and no planes.  Quite a feat, so many amazing people who in my company are big shot directors/vip who happily travelled with families on buses to get home, three weeks ago you wouldn’t have made them travel economy without them making remarks about that. Rich and arrogance took a backseat for once.

But finally today, the last person missing has arrived home and I have finally got home in a decent time to just chill.

Off to get a massage (a normal one, not a filthy one, you pervs) tomorrow since my back is completely wasted after this week of sitting and stressing in front of the computer. Will be ooooh sooo nice…

So for my own personal gratification, some lovely airline stewardess from when they looked really good, the lovely ’60s or ’70s, not quite sure…

My No 501 post

Just realised that I have just written… ok posted my 500 post (check it out below). Damn, that has gone quite quickly but I have loved every bit of it.

Met some great bloggers out there, googled at a lot of naked girls (not a bad thing at all), found some weird fetishes out there which I realised I quite liked (damn those high heels, they are sexy, and thats your fault Eroticamistress ), had my ups and downs, especially when I started playing way too much games on Facebook (ohh that Kingdom of Camelot, u seductive game u….) and thanks to Bob Patterson and his one comment that made me come back was ‘Where you been? Inquiring fans want to know!‘ Without that comment I’m not sure if I would have returned, I would still be bloody well playing that game until my butt was sore.

After that comment, I was back and posting and enjoying myself so much again. I also changed a lot of links of one special person who I think have changed the link adress 5 times or so… Nice one dude, Taknoo But mainly I gotta admit that the people you meet on these blogging sites are mainly people blogging as well, I love my daily routing of checking out the Readomatic and finding new blogs, commenting (both good and bad) and have a nice interaction with (Retro Roxy, you were the only one I did check out when I was stuck in my Facebook game coma. Kudos to u).
